RedSail Technologies Expands Leadership Team by Appointing Joy Neely as Chief Growth Officer

Neely brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and healthcare services

Spartanburg, SC – March 13, 2026 – RedSail Technologies, a leading provider of software, data solutions, and services to support pharmacies and pharma partners, has named Joy Neely as Chief Growth Officer. As CGO, Neely will oversee marketing, sales, and the evolution of the go-to-market strategy for RedSail’s full product suite.

“What drew me to RedSail was its mission to build a technologically advanced ecosystem of products to help support our exceptional pharmacies and the work they do in their communities,” said Neely. “I’m also excited to continue uniting pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies to provide superior support to patients across the United States.”

In her new role as chief growth officer, Neely will lead RedSail’s commercial team and work closely with the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders to build on the company’s strong market position and elevate its product suite to drive long-term success.

“Joy’s proven track record of bridging pharmacies, patients, and pharma manufacturers, makes her an ideal leader to strengthen our executive team and help us evolve and expand the reach of our product suite,” said Andy Maurer, CEO of RedSail. “She brings more than 20 years of proven healthcare experience, driving meaningful outcomes for patients and delivering value to pharma and pharmacy partners, leveraging her commercial and operational acumen.”

Neely most recently served as chief commercial officer at Medvantx, where she guided the company through a strategic rebrand and expanded its portfolio of pharmacy services supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers. She was also previously senior vice president and head of sales at CareMetx, where she led commercial strategy and partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Additionally, Neely spent more than a decade at Eli Lilly and Company, where she gained firsthand experience in launching pharma products and helping connect them with patients.

This appointment marks another milestone in RedSail’s strong start to 2026. Last month, the company acquired PrimeRx to strengthen its position as a premier innovator in pharmacy software and expand its cumulative network reach.
