Connect 2025, our annual user conference, brings together hundreds of pharmacy professionals all in one place to communicate, collaborate, and most importantly, connect. Get ready for an action-packed weekend with practical business tips, clinical insights, and tangible advice to improve your operations.

This year, we’re hosting Connect June 5-8th in historic Grapevine, TX — bringing together users from all across our network: PioneerRx, BestRx, NRx, PrimeCare, and more.

You can view the full Connect 2025 agenda here, but here are some of the highlights we’re looking forward to. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided throughout the conference.
Thursday, June 5th:
- Head in: Arrive at the Gaylord Texan Resort. For those traveling by plane, the Gaylord is a quick Uber away from DFW International Airport.
- Classes*: Classes begin at 1:30 PM CST. Get ready for topics like Expanding Business Opportunities, Building Your Dream Team, and a range of product-specific classes.
- Welcome Reception and Exhibit Hall: Get acquainted with the weekend in our evening welcome reception. Stroll through the exhibit hall and meet our ~100 exhibitors showcasing products to boost your pharmacy’s bottom line.
Friday, June 6th:
- Friday General Session: Hear from RedSail’s Andy Maurer and Josh Howland, along with keynote speaker Chad Houser from Cafe Momentum.
- Classes: Make the most of as many classes as you can pack in: The Art of Patient Care, Underutilized Features, 2025 Audit Prevention, Reducing Your Business Expenses, and Axys LTC Overviews are just a few.
Saturday, June 7th:
- Saturday General Session: Hear from RedSail’s executive leadership team to start the day off right. Featured guests include Kyle Heer, VP of Pharmacy Operations at Lewis Drug, and Joe McKamey, General Manager of Marcrom’s Pharmacy.
- Owners Role Panel: Calling all pharmacy owners: Join this panel discussion to discuss the latest trends, opportunities, and challenges in ownership.
- Classes: Back to classes! On top of live software workshops, you can attend sessions on Pharmacy Marketing, NCPA Legislative Updates, and product classes tailored to inventory management, vaccine administration, and 30B.
Sunday, June 8th:

Tips for Connect 2025
- Book on our hotel block: The Gaylord Texan fills up fast, so book your room by May 13th to secure a discounted rate and a prime location close to all the action.
- Plan your must-see classes: Planning pays off. Connect offers dozens of classes — some on the same time block — so take time to decide which ones you can’t miss. If you’re bringing a team, split up and attend different classes to cover more ground.
- Download the app: Our Connect 2025 app is the best tool to stay in-the-know. Download to get real-time information on classes, events, and exhibitors.
- Bring your gadgets: Don’t forget your laptop or tablet, especially if you plan to attend live workshops or access your software on-site.
- Prepare to take notes: There’s no test, but it still pays to take notes. Write down anything and everything you want to remember after Connect is over.
